Terms of Use

Please read the terms below completely. They explain exactly what you can and cannot do with the Fresh Niche Content package. If you are not willing to follow the Terms, please do not buy the package.

You are NOT allowed to sell or give away the FNC package or any part of it. They are for your use only, and they do not include Resell Rights.

You ARE allowed to:

• Use the content to create your own website, blog, newsletter, or autoresponder course. Edit them as you wish, Put your name on them, and call them your own.
• Use the content to create your own ebook, 'special report', or other digital product only if you make significant changes to it. "Significant changes" mean that the content is changed enough that you can consider it your own work separate from the original. If someone were to read both articles, they would not recognize them as the same.
• Submit the articles to article drectories to get traffic and backlinks only if you completely rewrite the article. Article directories only allow you to submit your own work. If you submit the articles from FNC unchanged you will also be breaking there Terms of Use. If everyone just submits the same articles without making changes, no one will gain anything.

Edmund Loh's, Guide to Private Label Rights, does come with Resell Rights. Details of those rights are in Edmund's package, which is available as a separate download after you place your order for FNC.

The Top 5 Affiliate Programs for 2007 comes with giveaway rights. You can give it away to your visitors or include it as a bonus of your own, as long as you don't make any changes to it.

The additional 60 articles included as a bonus were not written by me. I acquired their rights so that I could pass them along to you as a bonus. The same rules apply with these 60 articles as the 120 articles I wrote myself.
